After ordering online, you will receive an email request from Redeemx containing your order details and invoice. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one business day of ordering. We will attempt to top-up your SMS Credits instantly following your order confirmation.

Your purchase of SMS Credits is final, we do not provide any refund and/or return if you changed your mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at admin@redeemx.com.au within 10 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to SMS Credit that have been used.
